The Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N. Isanov in collaboration with the Austria-Central Asia Centre for GIScience takes the pleasure to invite you to the 13th Annual International GIS-in-Central-Asia Conference (GISCA’19) which will be held from May 30 – June 1 in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2019, GISCA is focussed on the theme “From Spatial Data to Spatial Intelligence“. Geographic Information Science as a conceptual foundation, Geoinformatics as the methodology and GIS as software technology are powerful instruments for linking information across different sources by location. This is exactly what is needed to successfully manage our environments and natural resources, our economies and ultimately our societies.
Enthusiastic researchers, stakeholders and academic teachers are getting together for the common purpose of identifying issues in the GI Sciences, aiming at solid and sustainable methods to address challenges by their combined research findings.
