"Eskerme" by Nurganysh Asanova 

Nurganysh Asanova is an Honored Worker of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic and one of the first applied artists. "Eskerme" lit. means "Reminder", one could also understand it as "memory" too. 

When creating her works, she was inspired by childhood memories, embroidered carpets and tush-kiyiz by her mother, the wonderful plexus of cheegrass, and unforgettable lines of ala-kiyiz.
