The freedom-loving ancient Kyrgyz greyhound is a taigan, an indispensable assistant to livestock breeders, shepherds and hunters.
Taigan! Let's preserve this heritage and the pride of all the people.
On June 26 -27, 2022 the festival will be held in the natural zone "Tuura-Kaiyn" of the Toktogul region. The program will include fairs, national games, an exhibition of Taigans and performances by famous artists.
The event is held with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
