Here you’ll pick up your ingredients for your cooking class. Once the shopping is complete, head to Atabek’s house where youll learn how to make Fergana plov, the national dish of southern Kyrgyzstan featuring slow cooked red rice with meat, vegetables, and spices, and tandoor bread.
