Daily Shuttle Runs to Ski Resorts on the outskirts of Bishkek and weekend runs to Karakol Ski Resorts. You can read about various ski resorts here.

Cars depart from the intersection of Kievskaya and Pravda in front of Dordoi Plaza. Upon leaving from the departure point cars will head to Ski Park gear rental shop for a quick stop to rent necesssary gear for the day. Cars will wait till closing hours of the ski base and drive everyone back to the same spot.
