Andrey Kislitsin

Overlanding & Expeditions Expert

Professional top-tier basketball player turned guide, Andrey began his career in Gymnasium 29 in 2000, quickly proving his exceptional talent on the court. He became a vital part of the Turkish youth national team from 2004 to 2010, participating in prestigious international competitions, including the Youth Olympics 2005 in Italy and the World Junior Championship 2008 in France. His prowess led him to join the youth teams of Efes Pilsen, among other top European clubs. However, a severe injury and subsequent surgeries in 2011 curtailed his promising sports career, as per doctors’ advice.

Undeterred by the setback, Andrey embarked on an 11-month recovery journey, which interestingly led to an NBA Draft invitation from agents in 2012, albeit in absentia due to his injury condition. Throughout his nine-year tenure in Turkey, he completed his education, mastering Turkish and English, skills that later facilitated his seamless transition into the tourism industry.
Andrey’s story from a professional top-tier basketball player to a guide is a testament to his resilience, adaptability, and the impactful contributions he continues to make in promoting the cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan to the world.

Ramil Samatkulov

My name is Ramil, or you can call me “Rams”.  Kyrgyzstan is my homeland and I am very proud to be born here. My career had began since university in 2009 studying international relations. And very soon I found out that tourism is another side of international relations, and to be a tour guide is almost the same as to be an ambassador. It demands from you all attention you can share, knowledge from all kinds of spheres, all the talents and skills you got, responsibility, and risks to take. 

Kyrgystan is a country of celestial mountains, and I loved mountains when I was a little kid. And this job could give me the possibility to know more about the nature and amazing mountains of Kyrgyzstan, about its history, culture, customs, and people. To share this interest and knowledge with people is the biggest luck that I couldn’t even imagine. So my personal aim is to make guests happy and satisfied. If they are happy – I am happy man too. 

Eldiyar Niyazov

Meet Eldiyar, a dynamic 23-year-old who brings his extensive knowledge of local cuisine and fine dining to our team as a guide and the head of the Tenti Catering team. A true foodie at heart, Eldiyar has an unparalleled knack for discovering hidden culinary gems, from quaint street food stalls to the most exquisite fine dining establishments. His ability to weave these discoveries into our catering offerings ensures that our clients experience the true flavor of our region, making each event we cater unforgettable.

Eldiyar’s passion doesn’t stop at food; he is also a car enthusiast with an impressive understanding of automobiles. His knowledge spans from classic vintage models to the latest in automotive innovation, making him the go-to person in our team for anything car-related. This unique blend of interests and expertise adds an extra layer of depth to our team dynamics and enriches the experiences we offer.

As both a guide and the head of our catering team, Eldiyar’s contributions are invaluable. He not only guides our clients through the culinary landscapes of our region but also ensures that every catering aspect of our events is infused with local flavors and his impeccable taste. Eldiyar’s enthusiasm for food and cars, combined with his youthful energy, makes him a beloved member of our team and a favorite among our clients.

My name is Javlon, and since 2014, I’ve been fully involved in tourism, driven by my passion for the stunning landscapes of Kyrgyzstan. This passion led me to study tourism and start my career as a guide while still a student. Over the past 10 years, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing the beauty of travel with others, believing deeply in its power to connect and transform. My journey in tourism has been fueled by the desire to bring the world closer to the natural wonders that inspired me from the start.

Atai Amanatov

Business Communication Specialist

Meet Atai Amanatov, an innovative member of our team with a profound background in business administration and a keen interest in sustainable tourism. Atai completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the American University of Central Asia from 2016 to 2020, including an enriching exchange semester in International Business at Poznan University of Economics and Business in Poland. His academic journey also took him to Parry McCluer High School in Virginia, USA, as part of a high school exchange program.

Since July 2023, Atai has been a pivotal part of Tenti Group LLC. In his role as a Business Communications Specialist, he manages negotiations with key ministries and organizations to ensure the high-quality service of our group tours. Atai played a key role in the successful organization of the Pamir Rally 2023, a vintage car tour showcasing his ability to blend his passions for business, tourism, and sustainability.

Atai’s vision for a sustainable tourism industry in Central Asia, combined with his business acumen and dedication to environmental preservation, make him an invaluable asset to our team. His work embodies our commitment to offering premium, sustainable travel experiences that respect and protect our natural surroundings. 

Elsanam

B2B Specialist

Meet Elsanam, our esteemed B2B specialist with a profound background in tourism and language studies. Her academic path took off at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies with a BA in Chinese Studies, followed by a MA in Tourism Management from Turiba University in Latvia. Her global perspective was further enhanced by participating in the Erasmus+ Programme at Poznań University of Economics and Business.

Today, Elsanam leverages her extensive education and diverse professional experiences to excel as our B2B specialist. She is instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and crafting unique travel solutions that cater to business needs. Elsanam’s dedication and expertise make her a valued member of our team, and she continues to contribute significantly to our success in the tourism industry.

Heli-Ski Instructor/Guide

Vadim holds the esteemed title of Candidate for Master of Sport, showcasing his dedication and prowess in athletics. Since 1989, he has been deeply involved in the tourism industry, enriching our offerings with his extensive knowledge and skills.

An exceptional horseman, a skilled ski instructor, and notably, a proficient heli-ski instructor, Vadim brings a wealth of experience to our team.
