The car was comfortable, always on time and safely driven (!). The planning was perfect and tailored to our mixed interests of hiking and tourism. The accommodation was always great and to a high standard. And when I became a bit ill, our guide went out of his way to help, sourcing medicines etc and adjusting plans so I could still enjoy everything. Kyrgyzstan is a fascinating place and you miss out if you don't get to see it with a local.
