UNESCO has declared April 30 as International Jazz Day. Since 2018, the Bishkek International Jazz Festival has been included in the program of festivals timed to this day. Thanks to the conducted 17 Bishkek International Jazz Festival, it was possible to familiarize Kyrgyz people with the peculiarities of perception and interpretation of jazz 176 groups from 21 countries: Azerbaijan, Austria, Belarus, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, USA, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Estonia, France, France, Switzerland, Japan.
